Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Sent back with the original packaging and tags

You may be asked to provide your order number to help us locate your purchase.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, simply email us at hello@covara.eu with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we’re not able to provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us at hello@covara.eu right away so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We’re currently not offering direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you’re welcome to return your original order and place a new one separately.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to complete the process.
